Hell yeah. Picasa 2 is sweet. Allowed me to do something I've always wanted to...a collage of almost every CD/LP/45 I've ever owned. Okay fine, it's truly only about half (I'm a gatherer...more about that later). What this represents is the efforts of converting all of my CDs circa 1999, converting them to MP3s, archiving them, then scanning the CD cover and selling it on eBay. Sweet Jesus. But Picasa2 made this part easy. And yes, completely derivative requiring no creativity but the multi-layer result is haunting. See that face in there? You know you do. That's the face of the cumulative effect of all this music on my soul. Or maybe that's Mary. Let the misguided obsessive pilgrimage begin.

Taken in an empty schoolhouse circa 1992 in Huntsville, Texas. I was a lot more ambitious then, carrying my Calument45 and Bogen tripod anywhere and everywhere I could. I spent a lot of time in this schoolhouse. A few of us did. Always amazed me to see how we'd come up with different viewpoints and feelings in the same limited space. It was Zone System Heaven.
