Back alley in downtown Brenham, TX, and a visual metaphor for my current state of mind. I'm feeling super burned out. I blame most of it on allergies and several hours in the sun on Saturday at the art car parade. This too shall pass... Posted by Hello

Probably my favorite photo from my trip to Boston in 1993. Walking through "Little Italy" along the Freedom Trail I came across these two gents having an afternoon sit. Posted by Hello

Going back through the archives, scanning all the portfolio stuff. This is the best thing to come out of the Ansco Pix Panorama so far. An $11 purchase at Walgreen's back in 1991, I love this little camera. Sure it's not a REAL panoramic camera, just a reloadable point and shoot with a wide angle lens and a panoramic mask, but it sure as hell is fun.  Posted by Hello

It's literally a shed, it's only purpose seeming to provide shelter if it rained, and it's a mile or two from the road. God knows no cooking took place in this shack. Either way, the crippled disposition, the lack of any true purpose beyond oxidation, and the myriad of tones and textures got my attention. Luckily I didn't have to carry my camera and tripod as far this time...Posted by Hello
